Zumba Fitness®
The music motivates us. It's a dance party that sweats you like a workout. Come and join the fun, no experience necessary. Alternating specialty classes:

*Zumba Step® - using risers for glutes & more. Monday's 10:30am-11:30am
*Zumba Sentao® - chair fitness for legs & abs. 
*Zumba Toning® - weights to tone your arms. 
STRONG By Zumba® 
Wednesdays 10:30a
High Intensity Tempo Training or HITT. A full body workout that will tone and strengthen your core, glutes and so much more. This IS NOT a dance class. The music is in-sync with the movement. Think burpees, planks & squats... oh my! 

Please bring: Grip gloves if you have them. Yoga mat if you have one. Water bottle to stay hydrated.
FIT-FOODIE Program
As a Plate By Zumba® coach and Registered Nutritional Consultant [RNC] I have the awesome opportunity to be your food coach as well as your fitness instructor. If diet fads are confusing and overwhelming then you're going to love this part. This is a mobile friendly program with weekly check-ins.
